Why I love watermelons? Other than the fact that their presence means S.U.M.M.E.R. these green things with pink core should actually be taken into consideration. See, if you eat this juicy thing whenever you have breakfast or need a snack you might find that you are so full that you won’t eat those other things like snacks and sweets, which means that bottom of ours, or belly (it depends) won’t go bigger…and it might go smaller. 100 g of it equals 30 calories, which means you can eat 3 kilos if you can, cause your silhouette won’t tell. It has all these other stuff like vitamins (A, C, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 ), calcium, iron, magnesium, etc, low fat, not so much sugar and my grandma says it also washes your kidneys cause it has 92% water.Image

I tried it and it really really works! And I didn’t try it just ’cause I read somewhere that it makes you skinny but because I simply love the taste.It’s sweet and refreshing and it’s like eating and drinking at the same time with no guilty thoughts when it comes to diet or without worrying that it might disrupt your finally peaceful digestive balance. In fact, it kind of speeds it up! wohooo.

The other thing that I love about watermelon is that you can wear it! Not literally, but colorfully. All sorts of pink, next to all sorts of green, with some white and sometimes some black, a watermelon mood in your outfit has no role but to make it happy! You decide what kind of happy. De ce iubesc pepenele verde/roz/lebenita? In afara faptului ca simpla lor prezenta inseamna V.A.R.A, chestiile acestea verzi cu miez roz chiar ar trebui luate in considerare. Fiti atente! Daca mananci pepene de fiecare data cand iei micul de jun, sau cand simti nevoia de a ciuguli, s-ar putea sa fii atat de plina incat nu vei mai manca alte snackuri sau dulciuri (nu ca nu vrei! nu poti!). Rezultatul acestui experiment poate insemna o mentinere sau diminuare a marimii soldurilor sau a burticii. 100 de grame de pepene sunt echivalentul a 30 de calorii, ceea ce insemna ca poti manca si 3kg (daca poti), fara sa-ti afectezi in mod nedorit talia. Bineinteles, mai are si alte chestii precum vitamine (A, C, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 ), calciu, fier, magneziu, etc., grasime redusa , nu atat de mult zahar iar bunica spune ca iti si spala rinichii pentru ca are 92% apa.


Am incercat si chiar, chiar functioneaza! Si nu am incercat-o doar pentru ca am citit pe undeva cu litere mari ca PEPENELE VERDE SLABESTE, ci pentru ca pur si simplu imi place gustul sau. E dulce si revigorant. Ca si cum ai manca si ai bea in acelasi timp fara sa te simti vinovata cand vine vorba de dieta sau fara sa te temi ca ar putea deregla ritmul perfect si cu greu obtinut al digestiei tale. De fapt, s-ar putea chiar sa il imbunatateasca prin ai grabi procesul.Yeeeey!

Un alt lucru care il iubesc cand vine vorba de pepene verde este faptul ca il poti purta. Nu  la propriu, la colorat! Tot felul de nuante de roz alaturi de diferite tipuri de verde, cu un strop de negru si o combinatie de alb, un outfit inspirat de watermelon-mood nu are alt rol decat de a te face happy! Tu decizi ce tip de happy!
